Build Better Relationships
At Lima, we are driven to develop a generation of young people who are confident, resilient, emotionally aware, and ready for what the world throws at them.
We believe that empowering students to share and speak up, can lead to better relationships in the classroom between students and educators.
Lima serves to help schools collect real time feedback and data from students on a number of different areas, including the state of their wellbeing, how they are tracking with their learning, and how they are enjoying your school environment.
With this data, schools can make better decisions, be proactive, and actively build relationships with their student body.
We are committed to providing a platform that brings together a wide range of experts, approaches, and technology, that empowers educators to better connect with young people.

How it Works

Wellbeing
Students can record and reflect on their emotions via the Lima Student Application, anytime, anywhere. Through the Lima check-in process, students are prompted to share how they are feeling and why.
Students can also access a range of meditation courses and exercises within the application, as well as privately request meetings with educators when need be.
All data and information that a student elects to share is safely and securely stored in the Lima Educator Portal, where educators can actively monitor the state of wellbeing for their students and their classrooms.
Teaching and Learning
Throughout the semester, students are prompted to share how they are progressing with their learning at school over time.
Lima will check-in with students on their current workload and how they are coping, their preferred learning methods, if they believe they are being challenged in the classroom, and if they require further support with their studies.
With this information, educators and students can actively collaborate and support one another to achieve better learning outcomes.

Inclusive Education
Lima serves as an evidence collection tool for students who are identified as being part of the NCCD.
In addition to collecting social and emotional wellbeing data for students, Lima also checks in with how students are coping with their personalised plans for learning, their curriculum adjustments, and if students require further support in the classroom.
With this information, schools can ensure that any students with learning difficulties or disabilities are able to access and participate in education on the same basis as others.

Available on any device
Lima is available on any student device, including Laptop, Tablet or Mobile Phone. Students can securely access their Student Portal from anywhere to log how they are feeling, and access wellbeing activities and exercises at any time. Educators can access data and insights via our Educator Portal, to gain a full 360-degree view of the wellbeing of students, classrooms and their school.
